The open-field production of baby leaves is one of the most demanding types of vegetable production.

During the season, we seed spinach, rucola and baby leaves, and plant lettuces every week and harvest accordingly.

We produce baby leaves and head lettuces of the highest quality and we maintain high food safety standards.

We, accordingly, have high requirements for every aspect of our production.

 

 

Everyone works together during the processes, from the planning of the production, land preparation, planting, seeding, irrigation and fertilizing, to traceability, food safety and the general health of the crops.

Our field manager and our technologist, together with our field teams monitor and track the production carefully.
