LOLLO MIX SALAD WITH POTATOES, PEAS & PESTO

Serves 4

Ingredients:

½ Lollo Bionda lettuce

½ Lollo Rossa lettuce

300 g boiled and cooled potatoes

2 dl fresh peas

200 g strawberries

3 tablespoons pesto

 

Method: 

Rinse the lettuces thoroughly and run in a salad spinner. Shred roughly and arrange in a bowl.

Slice strawberries and potatoes and arrange on lettuces. Serve with the pesto.
