Radicchio

Radicchio, a variety of leaf-chicory, is a Mediterranean red-colored leafy vegetable with prominent white veins. Its wine-red succulent, bitter flavored leaves hold several unique compounds as well as vitamin-K and several other vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

 

Our season for Radicchio is June to November.

 

Our lettuces are packed in laser macroperforated foil.
