SPINACH SMOOTHIE WITH BANANA & GINGER

Serves 2

Ingredients:

4 dl tightly bundled spinach

2 frozen bananas

1 piece of ginger, size to taste

½ teaspoon ground cardamom

3 dl milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)

 

Method:

Rinse the spinach thoroughly and run in a salad spinner.

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve the smoothie in 2 glasses and enjoy with a straw.
